Returns & Refund Policy

  • Customer has 14 days to return faulty or misrepresented goods.
  • Contact customer support within 14 days and provide proof.
  • Goods must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Prepaid return label provided in the US, $10 deducted from refund.
  • Refund issued within 14 days, may take 10-30 working days to reach account.

The customer has a right to change their mind, and return delivered goods within 14 days from the day of delivery if the product is proven to be not as described or faulty. In such cases, the customer must contact our customer support at team@yourprotocol.co within 14 days of delivery and provide detailed information proving the fault of the company’s product (with visual proof attached).

Any goods you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Once you inform us of your wish to return the products, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to use for the return. 

The shipping label costs $10 (ten US dollars), so this sum will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and check your returned order, a refund will be authorized. You will receive the money in the same account you used to make the initial payment.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from when we receive your order.

However, be advised that the refund may take 10–30 working days to reach your bank account.

If the customer fails to meet the deadlines of our return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
