I am a middle-aged female, diagnosed a couple years ago with sleep apnea, and have used a CPAP machine since then, but have continued to struggle with being a "light" sleeper (waking easily, possibly due in part to the management of the CPAP machine, but I have always slept lightly). Anyway, I read about this peptide and decided to try it, and I have noticed a couple changes from the very first night that I took it. First, I had dreams that I remembered the next day, and this continued nightly/daily throughout the first couple weeks of taking pinealON). It has been years since I remember having dreams many nights in a row. The second change I have noticed is that in my morning sprint cycle classes, I have consistently hit personal bests in terms of power output and endurance over the past couple weeks, like, really significant increases (20%) in power output in high intensity training. I can't say for sure that it is the pinealON, but I have not changed any other supplements, diet, or training routines in the last couple weeks, so I cannot imagine what else could be giving me such significant gains in my training. It is truly a relief to find something that is non habit-forming and that works with my body to truly help me get better quality sleep.
